I've known Tom for many years now both as a youth leader and a personal friend. I've always been able to count on him for anything, whether its a tough answer or just a fun night hanging out. Tom has a great ability to relate to people from any walk of life and instantly finds a way to click with them. And bottom line, Tom tells it how it is, I've never heard him talk simply to fill the air.
